Why work with me?
I'm here to help you launch a professionally designed and curated website, and help build your app or graphics. So you can receive and present designs you are proud of, easy and stress-free.

How many revisions do I get?
Providing support and revision is an essential part of my mission to ensure you receive exactly what you set out to accomplish. Anytime you need a text change or have a question, simply send a message and I'll take care of it.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payments mostly through PayPal invoicing, or Cryptocurrencies supported through Coinbase. Such as Bitcoin, Ethereum or USDC.
I can't find my files?
No problem! Send me a message and I will resend your access to the Dropbox folder containing the project files and resolve any issues for you.
Do you send original edit-able files?
This varies depending on the project scope and final deliverables.
All web design projects and code/front-end development project files will be provided. For single one-off graphics: Original files, such as .PSD or .AI files, are not included in the pricing or freely distributed unless agreed beforehand.
Do you offer a refund?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes, the majority of my clients decide to pay me upfront at the fixed agreed-upon job quote. Although I do require a minimum of 50% deposit to be paid upfront and the remaining amount to be paid as we reach milestones or as the project is near completion.

Do you provide on-going website support?
I can provide ongoing website maintenance & updates which can be discussed as a monthly service. Any bugs or fixes that relate specifically to the work I've provided will be fixed free of charge. Although, additional functionality or changes would require an additional quote and discussion.
How long does it take you to reply?
24 - 48 hours. I'm typically very active and you can expect replies normally within a few hours or the next day.
I can't find my files?
No problem! Send me a message and I will resend your access to the Dropbox folder containing the project files and resolve any issues for you.
How do we communicate?
I primarily use Discord as it’s the most efficient & convenient way to keep track of our messages together.
